Abstract Submission
- Please contact the office (Shohei Sakuda, secretary-general,
asakuda@mail.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp) for your abstract after October 15th.
- *An automatic email confirmation will be sent to you when you complete the abstract submission.
- The size of a panel for poster presentation is 85 cm wide and 115 cm high.
- A pre-registration number which is sent to you after you have completed the pre-regisitration is essential for abstract submission.
- Abstract submission due is October 15, 2016.
- Most of the presentations will be scheduled as "poster presentation".
- Young Researcher Symposium, which is a part of ISMYCO 2016, is held in the afternoon on November, 30. Young researchers (tentatively below 40) are encouraged to do both poster and oral presentations at the symposium. Among all presentations at the young researcher symposium, five excellent ones are awarded. When you hope to join the young researcher symposium as a speaker, please submit your abstract to the "Young Researcher Session" at the "Abstract Submission" menu. - All submissions are basically to be accepted, but please understand in advance that some presentation are requested to change the sessions.
- Notification of acceptance will be notified by email.
